Associate of Arts in Ministry- 2 years- 72 credits- 24 valid courses

The successful student is awarded this certificate after 2 years of studies. He/she must have validated 24 courses. That is 12 courses in year one, 6 per semester and 12 courses in year two, 6 each semester. These 24 validated courses correspond to 72 credits hours. Finally the student must have obtained a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.30/4

Bachelor of Arts in Ministry- 4 years- 126 credit – 42 valid courses

A student obtains a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry after 4 years of studies with 42 validated courses corresponding to 126 credit hours from the first to the second cycle.

To get to the second cycle (the 3rd and 4th years), you must have being admitted in the 1st year with A-level certificate or an equivalent certificate, must have passed the Associate level with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.30/4.

Those who enter with O-level cannot pass to the Bachelor cycle unless they obtained a minimum CGPA of 3/4 in the Associate. if not they have to go back to the field (in their church) and serve for three years and come back with a positive report of their work from their pastor addressed to the HCACT in a sealed envelope.

The Harvest Central Africa College of Theology admits students of both sex, of all races, color, nationality, ethnic origin all having the same rights to programs offered and services available to students of the University. We have two categories of students: regular and irregular students. Regular students take lectures at the University campus and are expected to be physically present in class, while irregular students take distant classes in our online program.
