It is a higher interdenominational Bilingual Institute of Theology, specialized in the training, the perfecting and the recycling of Christian workers no matter their domain of calling in the ministry. Being a part of the missionary work of the Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Unlimited HIMU (Formally known as Bethel World Outreach Ministries) in Cameroon, HCACT is directly attached to other academic institutions in the HIMU. In Cameroon HCACT has her head quarter in the Harvest Cathedral Church, Makepe Douala.

Our Creed

We believe in one God who exists in three persons, Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Bible as a whole is the written Word of God inspired to man and addressing mankind and that it infallibly and definitively regulates faith and practices. We believe in the divine nature of the Lord Jesus Christ, His conception and the power of the Holy Spirit, in His virgin birth, His sinless life, In His sacrificial death on the cross for the sins of the world, in His glorious resurrection, in His ascension to the father where He makes intercession for us and His future coming to judge the living and the dead.

We also believe in the resurrection of the body, in the millennium reign of Christ, in the judgment of the wicked and the reward of the righteous, in a new heaven and a new earth. Finally we believe that the Church is the assembly of believers, the Body of Christ, the habitation of the Holy Spirit whose mission is to proclaim the Good news of salvation brought by Jesus Christ to all mankind and to make disciple of all nations.

Our Vision

Help people especially Christians to know the true God who created Man in His image and in His likeness and who revealed Himself to man through the Holy Scriptures. In fact, in this world in which man is making for himself new gods each day (money, sex, science and technology) or is raising himself as god, it is urgent to enable Christian know the difference between these false gods that the world has made and the true God who revealed himself in His Son Jesus and in the Holy Scriptures; so that knowing Him better they can in turn make Him known to nations through their lives and their service in all the sectors of activity where the Lord will place them.

Mission Statement

The mission of Harvest central Africa College of Theology is to help the students gain knowledge and have a personal relationship with God, to train and equip them to become disciples of Jesus Christ and be His witnesses wherever God will place them. Therefore all students are required to have accepted Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
